The emphasis is on tangible results and achievements secured within the first year of trading.

Key Focus Areas for Assessment

  • Rapid Growth & Achievement: Evidence of significant growth metrics, including sales figures, customer acquisition rates, and market penetration within the first year of operation.
  • Innovation: Introduction of fresh, innovative eCommerce strategies, tools, or features that cater to the unique demands of B2B clients and differentiate the entrant from more established competitors.
  • User Experience (UX): Development of an intuitive, user-friendly online platform that prioritizes customer needs, ensuring ease of navigation, clear product or service information, and efficient transaction processes.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Demonstrated strategies to not only attract but also retain B2B customers, hinting at long-term business relationships and loyalty.
  • Operational Efficiency: Efficient backend operations that support the business’s growth, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support systems.
  • Market Feedback & Reputation: Early signs of positive market reputation, as evidenced by customer testimonials, reviews, or third-party recognitions.

Entrants, irrespective of their size, are encouraged, where possible, to provide, evidence, data, case studies, and testimonials to fortify their submissions.
