  • User Experience (UX): Development of an intuitive, user-friendly online platform that prioritizes customer needs, ensuring ease of navigation, clear product or service information, and efficient transaction processes.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Demonstrated strategies to not only attract but also retain B2B customers, hinting at long-term business relationships and loyalty.
