Each regional edition hosts its own awards ceremony as part of the B2B eCommerce Industry Awards event programme. Dates and venues are published on the regional event pages.

Confidentiality
How we handle the information you share in your award submission.
Who can see our award submission?
Your full award submission is treated as confidential. The detailed entry and supporting information are only shared with the judging panel as part of the assessment process. They are not published publicly as part of the nomination process.
Will our customers, competitors or other entrants be able to see our submission?
No. Other entrants, customers, vendors and the general public do not have access to your full submission.
What happens if we become a finalist?
Finalists may be publicly announced and promoted through B2BEA and B2B eCommerce Industry Awards channels, including our websites, email communications and social media. This typically includes the company or entrant name, award category and other basic information appropriate to the announcement.
What happens if we win?
Winners are announced at the B2B eCommerce Industry Awards ceremony and may subsequently be featured across B2BEA, the Awards website, social media, email communications and other B2BEA media channels.
Will information from our submission be published if we win?
We do not automatically publish the detailed content of your submission. If we would like to develop a dedicated article, customer story, case study or other content based on information contained in the entry, this would be subject to approval from the nominated company/customer before publication.
Can a technology vendor or partner nominate a customer?
Yes. Vendors and partners can nominate customers for relevant categories. We recommend making the customer aware of the nomination, particularly where the submission contains information about their business, results or digital initiatives.
What information is typically made public?
For finalists and winners, public communications may include the entrant/company name, award category, finalist or winner status and approved information describing the project or achievement. Sensitive or detailed information supplied for judging is not automatically made public.
Can we include commercially sensitive information in our entry?
Entrants can provide information that helps judges understand the impact and results of the project, knowing that the detailed submission is intended for the judging process rather than public publication. Where particularly sensitive information is involved, it should be clearly identified in the submission.
Still have questions about confidentiality?
Contact the B2B eCommerce Industry Awards team via the contact page before submitting and we can clarify how information relating to your particular entry will be handled.
